Welcome to the Through Kitchen jewelry exhibition at the Kaapelitehdas in Helsinki. The exhibition showcases the works of Mervi Porrassalmi, Liisa Tervinen and Jaana Tuomisto. Mervi's works are old silver spoons and forks that are transformed into beautiful jewelry. Liisa has been working on food and creating edible one night pieces of jewelry. Jaana's work is a curious mix of bones and other waste that one can wear with proud.

The exhibition is open from now the whole summer until 28th of August 2011 at the Hotelli- ja ravintolamuseo. Easy access by tram 8 and metro stop Ruoholahti.

There are also two workshops open for public (in Finnish only): http://www.hotellijaravintolamuseo.fi/uutiset.html?3
